Placing an order in the online store

What delivery methods does Yeppo offer?

You can find all delivery options both on the Deliveries and returns page and at checkout.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all EU countries, except for destinations where carriers currently do not deliver.

When placing an order to Åland, remember to change the country/region field in the delivery details to Åland; by default, only Finland is selected.

You can see up-to-date delivery prices for each country at checkout or on our deliveries and returns page.

Orders to Sweden are made on their own site.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once you have received the order confirmation, our warehouse will begin processing your order immediately. For this reason, in most cases, orders cannot be changed or canceled after you have completed the purchase process and received the order confirmation.

This also applies to changes in pickup points, so please be careful when placing your order and make sure to select the pickup point that is best for you, as we cannot change it afterwards. We are also unable to influence situations where the selected pickup point is full and the carrier has to deliver the package to an alternative location.

However, you can always inquire about the possibility of canceling your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service via email: info@vitaintegratorishop.com.

Can gift cards be used both in stores and online?

Yes, gift cards can be used both in the online store (vitaintegratorishop.com / yepposoonsoo.com) and in stores in Finland (except the xGodies store in Oulu).

In the online store, you can enter the code of a digital or physical gift card at checkout in the Discount code or gift card field.

How do I enter my discount code?

The discount code is entered at checkout after the information has been filled in. Note! The comment field is not intended for discount codes.

Do orders include free gifts?

We usually include gifts with purchase with every order. The quantity and type of gifts may vary depending on the campaign. Gifts are always available in limited quantities, and the campaign is valid while stocks last.

We reserve the right to deliver the number of gifts with purchase determined by Yeppo&Soonsoo based on the current stock situation. If a customer misuses the gifts with purchase that are automatically added to an order in the online store, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order or to deliver only the quantity we deem appropriate.

Are your packaging materials recyclable?

Yes!

Orders are delivered wrapped in tissue paper and in eco-friendly brown cardboard boxes, both of which can be recycled as cardboard.

In-store pickups

Which stores can I pick up my order from?

You can choose to pick up your order from any Yeppo store in Finland, except not from the xGodies store in Oulu.

Your order is normally ready for pickup from the store within 1 business day, but during campaign periods, orders can be picked up within 1-7 business days.

Why are not all products available for in-store pickup?

For products available in the store, pickup from the store is also offered as a delivery method. This delivery method is only available if all the products in the order are found in the selected store's assortment. You can see the store's availability status on the product page.

For one order, you cannot choose both products delivered from the online store's stock and products picked up from the store; in that case, you must make two separate orders.

I chose in-store pickup as the delivery method; when will my order be ready?

Your order is normally ready for pickup from the store within 1 business day, but during campaign periods, orders can be picked up within 1-7 business days. An up-to-date estimate of when your order will be ready for pickup is shown at checkout.

Orders placed during the weekend are usually packed on the following Monday, so please take this into account when placing your order.

How long will my order be stored in the store?

The order will be held for 14 days from the moment we have sent you a notification that it is ready for pickup. During November-December, the holding period is 7 days.

If the order is not collected within the specified time, it will be considered cancelled by the customer.

I am unable to pick up my order myself, so can someone else collect it on my behalf?

We will hand over your order upon presentation of the order confirmation. If you are unable to pick up the package yourself, you may forward the order confirmation to another person, thereby authorising them to collect the order on your behalf.

Order tracking, receiving, and issues

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message containing a link to track your order.

There is often a delay in updating tracking events, and the first events usually appear in the tracking system only a day after you receive the message.

You can also track your order through the carriers' own tracking portals, such as the OmaPosti app or by logging into your Yeppo customer account. You can also track your order using the tracking code found in the shipping message on the carriers' own websites.

If you cannot find the shipping confirmation message in your email, please remember to check your spam folder as well.

How long does delivery take?

Our warehouse packs and ships orders on weekdays; Monday through Friday. Normally, products are picked and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, often on the same day as the order!

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. See estimated delivery time here.

I forgot to pick up my order and it has now been returned to Yeppo. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot do anything about it. You can place a new order from our online store, and we will automatically refund the original order (excluding any possible shipping costs) when it is returned to our warehouse. A handling fee of €6.99 will be charged for uncollected shipments.

My order has not yet been handed over to the carrier. What’s wrong?

If your order has not been dispatched within an unusually long time (over 3 business days), please contact our customer service at info@vitaintegratorishop.com and we will check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Occasionally, our warehouse may experience high order volumes, which can lead to longer processing times than usual. We always inform about this on our homepage, and you can also find the current estimated picking time in your order confirmation.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse but the tracking has not yet updated, it may be that the carrier has collected your shipment but the tracking has not yet been activated or the parcel has not yet been scanned into the system.

Some items were missing from my order / I received incorrect items. What should I do?

We are very sorry for our mistake! Please send us an email about the issue at info@vitaintegratorishop.com.

Include your order number and a description of the error or missing item in your order, and we will fix the situation as quickly as possible.

Why does the tracking say the shipment has been delivered even though I haven’t collected my parcel?

Please also check your mailbox/letterbox, if you have one, just to be sure.

If you still cannot find your shipment, please email us at info@vitaintegratorishop.com, and we will check the status of your order. If necessary, we will file an official inquiry with the shipping company. In unclear cases, the shipping company's investigation process may take up to a week or two.

Yeppo&Soonsoo

Are all products sold at Yeppo&Soonsoo authentic?

Yes.

We source our products directly from brands or trusted distributors. We ensure that our supply chain is as transparent and short as possible, so that we can always guarantee that you receive safe and fresh products.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes, it is. We do not share your information with third parties and only use secure payment methods and platforms such as Paytrail, Klarna, and PayPal, which ensure that all your data is protected.

Why is a certain product continuously or for a long time out of stock?

On our website, you may sometimes see out-of-stock products so that our customers can better explore the selection and make informed purchase decisions.

For out-of-stock products, you can subscribe to an email notification when the item becomes available again. This does not apply to products in the outlet section, which are on clearance and will not be restocked.

Some products may, however, be out of stock frequently or for extended periods. These are often bestselling items, and the distributor or even the manufacturer may not always be able to supply sufficient quantities. We aim to stock enough of our most popular products, but this is not always possible.

Products that are unavailable for a longer time are often being renewed or are temporarily unavailable from the official distributor. Yeppo & Soonsoo only sources products from trusted distributors, which means that we sometimes have to wait longer for the next batch.

Is Yeppo a Finnish company?

Yeppo&Soonsoo is a Nordic company originating from Finland. Our warehouse is also located in Finland, in Vantaa.

Shopping centre gift cards are also accepted in Yeppo stores. Currently, shopping centres such as Jumbo, Seppä and Tripla offer gift cards.
